Such a freeing feeling to not be so focussed on being low #bodyfat and having a #sixpack. I love putting on muscle and knowing that i have what it takes to build it and the shed the fat off in a few month :) Head over to my #facebook LIKE page to see a video on my supplements.  This is currently a 3,000-3,200 calories meal plan. I throw in random mixes of fiberous veggies (mushrooms, peas, green beans, onions, peppers etc) to fill in extra calories and get extra nutrientation (word?).  Loving this plan and haven’t gotten bored yet.  I’m already up 3 lbs and my shirts are fitting tighter!! One week left in the BUILD phase (3 week phase) and then it’s onto the 6 week BULK phase where I will recalculate my calories and probably add more :).
