I love doing ab workouts on a stability ball. Crunches, knees to chest, oblique crunches, holding plank on a stability ball. All are awesome ways to build your abs. Just remember, you have to get rid of the fat over the abs for you to be able to see the abs! Everyone has a six pack, just it’s covered in fat (for most people). And the only way to get rid of the fat over your stomach, and everywhere else on your body, is to burn the fat off! You don’t burn the fat off your stomach by doing crunches. You must get your nutrition, cardio, lifting, water and sleep right. It’s a lifestyle! LIVE IT and MAKE IT WORK! #LWL
