I've been injured for about a year and half now, for a good part of the year where I was injured, I continued doing whatever physical activities that pushed my body beyond it's limits. That clearly is the worst choice I could've made as I'm paying for it now by not being able to do anything strenuous.

Now my question is, what can I do to stay...

Truly blessed to be able to lead a life of passion. Both of my “jobs” are based around subjects and ideals are firmly believe in. Music being one and health/fitness being the other.
