Simple Swap:
Substitute your normal breakfast cereal with a cartoon character on the box with a nice bowl of oatmeal. Oatmeal has complex carbs, protein and fiber to keep you fuller longer. My favorite oatmeal recipe:
1 cup oatmeal
2 tablespoons almond butter
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Cinnamon to taste

Somebody asked me the other day how long I would keep working to build Team Beachbody if it doesn’t quickly meet my goal of a million coaches helping 100 million people. The question is fair, but it shows a misunderstanding of my intent behind the effort to build the Team Beachbody Coach network.
