If you’ve been following me for however long amount of time then you know that I have been on my health and fitness journey consistently for the last 4-5 years. It’s been an amazing ride full of ups and downs, tons of failures, learning experiences and triumphs. 

FOOD has always been a struggle for me. Growing up with a family that didn’t put health as their number 1 priority, like many of us I struggled with my weight. I would yo-yo up and down, cut calories drastically, eat processed “low calorie” food and wonder what I was doing wrong. 

Well, to say that I have figured it all out would be a LIE..BUT I have made serious headway in this lifelong battle with life’s greatest vice and addiction, FOOD. 

Through my journey as a Beachbody Coach I have helped hundreds of people get healthy, get fit, lose weight, build muscle, make money, empower themselves to help others and build a business … I run monthly challenge groups to support others on their journey with my programs and of course the healthiest meal of the day, Shakeology® !!

But I realize that not everybody is ready to just jump into that right away. For some people, they need to learn to trust me, they need a stepping stone, they need to learn HOW to eat, WHAT to eat, HOW to prepare it and be a part of a support system that truly cares. 

SO ……. drumroll please. …….

I am here to PROUDLY announce my FIRST EVER “5-DAY FREE CLEAN EATING CHALLENGE” !!!!

That’s right !! A FREE CHALLENGE for everyone and anyone who wants to learn HOW to eat real, whole, unprocessed foods, bulk cook them so they don’t have to go shopping every single day, make them taste GREAT and with tons of variety !! 

I’m opening this up to my whole network but with one caveat … you have to be willing to:

1. follow the menu that I have written out
2. post and participate in the group assignments every day for the 5 days 
3. be positive
4. don’t give up or quit
5. take selfies

** If you are not currently drinking Shakeology, don’t worry you don’t have to purchase it to be a part of this group. If you are currently drinking Shakeology, then you will have 1 meal a day where that will be your option. **
